The Border Catastrophe: Why Every Voter Should Be a Single-Issue Voter
There isn’t one community in the United States not feeling the consequences of the Biden-Harris Open Border policies. Rising violent crime; record-breaking deaths from drug overdose and fentanyl poisoning; overburdened classrooms and hospitals; exploding homelessness and human trafficking; an increased threat of terrorist attack; and severe economic hardship can all be traced to the conscious decision to NOT defend our border. The potential impact of these outcomes crosses all lines of race, gender, religion, party and class. It is the actual “existential threat” to our democracy.
Detailed reporting on the Open Border crisis has been largely suppressed by a partisan, establishment media. However, the horrific outcomes are reaching a point where they can no longer be ignored or denied. The US Border Patrol released breathtaking numbers. There were 425,431 convicted criminals to include 13,099 murderers and 15,811 sexual offenders identified by ICE and then knowingly released into the country. To make matters worse, these numbers are only the known convicted criminals. They do not include the 222,141 more with pending charges and the untold thousands more who are a part of the unknown “got-away” population.
After nearly four years and tens of millions of illegal crossings, it will take a herculean effort to reverse the devastation and restore safety and security to our streets. Generally, US Border Patrol agents and law enforcement officials live in or near the communities they serve. They have a vested, personal interest in having the right leadership to lead the fight. It is critical to note that the US Border Patrol and nearly every law enforcement organization in the country have emphatically endorsed Trump 2024. These endorsements have resulted from both past successes working with the Trump administration, and faith in proposed policies going forward. These policies include re-establishing successful policies Biden-Harris reversed, and embarking on a massive deportation effort, beginning with known terrorists and violent criminals.
The disaster at the border should not be a partisan issue. It is an American issue. It goes to the very heart of whether the United States will continue forward as a strong, safe, sovereign nation – or devolve into utter chaos and destruction that will be the literal end of the American Dream.
We are all UNITED as AMERICANS in our unprecedented vulnerability. It is time to UNITE as AMERICANS to defend the future of our country for our children and grandchildren.
